What is the best way to keep baked cookies?

The baked cookies are best stored in an airtight container and should stay chewy and delicious for up to two weeks. They will last up to three months if frozen and will be just as tasty when you thaw them to serve!

How long will it last?

DŌ must be stored in the refrigerator or freezer because it contains perishable ingredients without any additives or preservatives.

What is the best way to keep baked cookies?

But doesn’t cookie dough contain eggs?

For products that contain eggs, we use a pasteurized egg substitute, which means there is NO chance of salmonella. You can enjoy all DŌ products unbaked.

Can we buy your cookies already baked? What about cookie cakes?

YES! We sell baked cookies and custom cookie dough cakes. We promise they will be a fan favorite at any event as well as be the perfect gift!

Are your products available for private events?

Do your products contain nuts?

Some of our cookie dough flavors do contain nuts. For those who have a severe allergy, we manufacture in a facility that processes peanuts and tree nuts.

Do you offer dairy-free products?

Absolutely! We cater to a variety of allergies. Check out our Vegan / Dairy Free cookie doughs by filtering withing the build-your-own pack.

Are your products vegan?

Yes! Check out our Vegan / Dairy Free cookie doughs by filtering withing the build-your-own pack. If you are ordering in bulk and would like to have a custom vegan flavor, many of our non-vegan flavors can be made vegan so email us the request: Info@cookieDOnyc.com

What about gluten free?

I’m so glad you asked! We do have a few gluten- free cookie doughs and baked cookies, as well as cookie cakes. A note to the hypersensitive: We process our products in a facility that also processes wheat.

How do I get my DŌ?

We offer national shipping for all the products listed on our website, with a variety of shipping options available!

When is DŌ shipped?

All DŌ is hand packed by order. You can request a delivery date from your cart, though we cannot guarantee every order. For custom orders that may take additional time to process, we will do everything we can to ship ASAP. Please visit our shipping policies to learn more. While shipping can tend to be pricy, we promise it will be worth it! Getting you fresh, delicious cookie dough is our number one priority.

At DŌ, our mission is to sweeten each moment, and it is with care that we apply this philosophy in every aspect of our business. In baking, the most important ingredient to success is care, and it is our opinion that care is at the heart of our business’ success as well. We, at DŌ, are proud to put a priority on charitable giving and community outreach, in an effort to sweeten the lives of those in need. DŌ’s charitable platform emphasizes partnering with organizations active in our own community whose primary efforts are benefitting the lives of women and children, fighting hunger, and supporting youth development, to name a few. We are proud to volunteer our time, resources, and energy to work hands on with our charitable partners, in addition to providing in-kind donations for organizations in need.
